Net-Zero is a very dangerous distraction. Don’t get me wrong, I am a strong believer in Net-Zero marketing. I believe that it is a great concept and I think it has tremendous value. However, Net-Zero Marketing should not be mistaken with “Net-Zero Hours” or “Net-Zero Day”. For example, I spend 8 hours on Friday and Sunday working.
That is exhausting! I don’t even take the time to measure the results! What I do is run my business during the week, and I know the impact it has on my business.
My philosophy is simple: If I know how I’m going to get to where I want to go, then I can get there much more quickly. With Net-Zero, I am spending my time where I’m supposed to be spending it – with clients. I call that Net-Zero Time. And that gives me tremendous leverage with my clients. Because I am investing time where I’m supposed to be investing my money, I know that the money I invest will produce results quicker.
Here’s another example of where Net-Zero gets me thinking about my business. Sometimes, I have an idea for a product, but I don’t have enough time to actually create the product. Instead, I work on my marketing plan and my tactics to build my list. Then I run the numbers and realize that I could easily sell two times the number of units I have if I spent two hours a day on Net-Zero – only two hours!
That’s when I ask myself – what else can I do with my time? I have two options. I can either go back to Net-Zero, or I can find new ways to make money online. Which one do you think is more likely to be more successful? It’s a toss-up, right?
So, what do you do when you get tired of Net-Zero? You should be able to do anything. The reason why I feel so strongly about this is that I’ve been where you are now – just hanging around on the sidelines.
When I first started my Internet business, I thought it would be easy. Well, it was easy for me, but not for others. And I am definitely saying this because I didn’t have to spend months putting together a website, putting together an email list, and doing all sorts of things just to get the word out. I had a proven system that worked for me, and people started coming in from day one. Is it really any different when you’re just getting started?
In fact, when I started Net-Zero, I had zero dollars. And I’ve been using this exact same system for the last three years. I don’t know why I haven’t changed to it yet.
Now, let’s get back to the question at hand: What should you do about Net-Zero? I’ve mentioned the importance of having a network, and one of the easiest ways to build a network is to build traffic to your site. If you get people coming to your site, they can either sign up for your list or leave your list. You get paid by the person who has bought from you, so it’s almost Pay-Per-Click as well as Pay-Per-View. That makes it an excellent way to make money.
You can also start your Net-Zero business on autopilot. This means that you can do the work once and then just watch the money come rolling in. One example of this is the product you’re about to read. You may be familiar with the product, and if so, it probably worked for you. If not, well this software will change all that. It will bring you unparalleled success.
Another thing you can do is test out different markets. Take traffic from one market, and then move over to another. What I mean is to test out different techniques, different ads, and see what brings in the most money. This is something you need to do for your Net-Zero business to really take off.
So there you have it. Net-Zero is a great way to build your business quickly. You have unlimited possibilities. Just remember to keep your business separate from your personal life. If you do that, you’ll be able to use Net-Zero for whatever you choose to do.
