It’s worth noting that Google Play previously banned crypto mining apps back in 2018 and removed the Bitcoin Blast video game in 2020 due to deceptive practices. Apple’s App Store also made it clear that NFTs obtained outside of their platform should not offer any special benefits within games; otherwise, the game would face a ban. Furthermore, NFTs sold through Apple’s App Store version of a game are subject to a 30% fee imposed by Apple.
