Keeping your stomach empty will do nothing but damage to your immune system also your digestive system. Include a small portion of protein on your plates around 3 ounces is suggested. In order to get back the physique you had before the lockdown, Start lifting some mild weights for your metabolism to work effectively and tone up your body as you throw down some pounds. As the lockdown has eased, include a brief 30 – 45 minutes of walk in your daily routine. This will help you burn some extra calories down the road. Cut down on your sugar intake, If your sweet-tooth tingles, Just go for a hot bath or a walk around the block.
The researchers and doctors state that moving away from your Kitchen-table as your work-from-home place of choice would be the first move in helping you reduce your weight.
